Ingredients

  • 200 grams flour

  • 150 grams oats

  • 100 grams brown sugar

  • 100 grams sugar

  • 250 grams butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
  • Cut butter through and mix until chunky.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then use immediately or freeze.
  • To bake:
  • Combine fruit with sugar, cornstarch, and pinch of salt.
  • Sprinkle with crisp topping and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25-40 minutes until golden-brown on top and bubbling at edges.
