150 grams oats
100 grams brown sugar
100 grams sugar
250 grams butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Cut butter through and mix until chunky.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then use immediately or freeze.
- To bake:
- Combine fruit with sugar, cornstarch, and pinch of salt.
- Sprinkle with crisp topping and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25-40 minutes until golden-brown on top and bubbling at edges.
