Ingredients

  • 300g packet of silken tofu

  • 170g (around 1/2 cup) simple syrup

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Flaked sea salt with optional additional toppings, such as crushed cookies or pretzels

Directions

  • Gently melt dark chocolate in saucepan over low-medium heat.
  • Pour on top of all other ingredients, then stick blend until smooth, scraping down sides with a spatula a couple times.
  • Scrape into 4 ramekins, then sprinkle over sea salt with optional additional toppings.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and up to 4 days.
