Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp gochujang

  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 scallion, sliced

  • Bowl ingredients (all optional):
  • 1 package silken tofu, drained

  • Grain, such as rice or spelt, or noodle, such as udon or rice vermicelli

  • Vegetables, such as greens, capsicum, corn, shredded carrot, etc.

  • Toppings, such as chile crisp, seaweed flakes, or sesame seeds

Directions

  • Mix sauce ingredients in Pyrex until smooth.
  • Assemble bowl with grain, then vegetables, then tofu.
  • Pour the sauce over the bowl before adding toppings.
