Ingredients
- Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 scallion, sliced
- Bowl ingredients (all optional):
1 package silken tofu, drained
Grain, such as rice or spelt, or noodle, such as udon or rice vermicelli
Vegetables, such as greens, capsicum, corn, shredded carrot, etc.
Toppings, such as chile crisp, seaweed flakes, or sesame seeds
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients in Pyrex until smooth.
- Assemble bowl with grain, then vegetables, then tofu.
- Pour the sauce over the bowl before adding toppings.
