Ingredients
300g packet of silken tofu
170g (around 1/2 cup) simple syrup
150g dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Flaked sea salt with optional additional toppings, such as crushed cookies or pretzels
Directions
- Gently melt dark chocolate in saucepan over low-medium heat.
- Pour on top of all other ingredients, then stick blend until smooth, scraping down sides with a spatula a couple times.
- Scrape into 4 ramekins, then sprinkle over sea salt with optional additional toppings.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and up to 4 days.
