Ingredients
200 grams sourdough starter, discard
20 grams butter, melted and cooled
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
Fresh thyme, 3-4 sprigs
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 155 C.
- Mix together sourdough starter, butter, fine salt and thyme until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture thinly on top of parchment paper on a baking sheet, then sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then pull out of the oven and score into crackers.
- Bake for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
Notes
- Can substitute up to 40 grams whole wheat flour.
