Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup stale bread, torn into small pieces

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450F. Spray 9×13 pan with oil, then set aside.
  • Combine bread crumbs with all spices until even distributed, then combine with all other ingredients.
  • Rub palms of hands with olive oil, then roll into golf-ball sized balls, placing on greased pan touching each other.
  • Roast for 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and browning on top.
