Ingredients
500 grams ground turkey
1/2 cup stale bread, torn into small pieces
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Spray 9×13 pan with oil, then set aside.
- Combine bread crumbs with all spices until even distributed, then combine with all other ingredients.
- Rub palms of hands with olive oil, then roll into golf-ball sized balls, placing on greased pan touching each other.
- Roast for 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and browning on top.
