Chicken Mu Korean Pickles
Ingredients
250g Korean Radish
1.5 tsp Salt
3 tbsp White Sugar
2 tbsp White Vinegar
1/3 cup Water
Directions
- Cut radish into 1~2cm cubes
- Mix salt, sugar, vinegar and water together until dissolved
- Recipe will make 1 jar of pickles, scale up as required
- Keep in refrigerator
