Chicken Mu Korean Pickles

Ingredients

  • 250g Korean Radish

  • 1.5 tsp Salt

  • 3 tbsp White Sugar

  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar

  • 1/3 cup Water

Directions

  • Cut radish into 1~2cm cubes
  • Mix salt, sugar, vinegar and water together until dissolved
  • Recipe will make 1 jar of pickles, scale up as required
  • Keep in refrigerator
