Ingredients
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 packet (300 grams) silken tofu
150 grams dark chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Heat chocolate in small pan over low heat, stirring gently until fully melted.
- Combine all other ingredients in a tall jug. using stick blender to combine while pouring in melted chocolate.
- Puree until completely smooth, scraping down sides as required.
- Divide into 4 ramekins, sprinkle the tops with sea salt, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
