Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup simple syrup

  • 1 packet (300 grams) silken tofu

  • 150 grams dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  • Heat chocolate in small pan over low heat, stirring gently until fully melted.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a tall jug. using stick blender to combine while pouring in melted chocolate.
  • Puree until completely smooth, scraping down sides as required.
  • Divide into 4 ramekins, sprinkle the tops with sea salt, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
