Ingredients
1 block firm tofu
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp gochugaru
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions
- Drain tofu and wrap in kitchen towel. Cover with something heavy and set aside for 10-30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 200 C. Mix potato starch in large bowl with salt, gochugaru, and pepper.
- Slice the tofu into bite-size cubes, then toss in starch mixture, fully coating each piece before adding oil and tossing to combine.
- Spray air fryer basket, then add tofu pieces, then spray again before cooking for 10 minutes.
- Spray tofu before flipping each piece using tongs, then spray again, and cook for 10 minutes until crispy and browned.
- Optionally toss in sauce before serving.
