Ingredients
1/2 packet firm tofu
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Oil spray
Directions
- Cut tofu into slices, wrap in kitchen towel, and weigh down for 20 minutes.
- After moving tray to the bottom rack, preheat oven to 205C fan-forced, and prep sheet tray with parchment paper.
- Rip tofu into bite-size pieces, and toss gently in a bowl with hot sauce and olive oil.
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, bread crumbs, and seasonings, then sprinkle evenly over the tofu and gently toss before spreading onto the sheet pan.
- Spray with oil, then bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring and spraying again halfway.
